Our Custom Process

Step 1: Select your hard hats and logo placements
You choose the hard hat styles and colors, then tell us where the logo goes, for example left, right, front, back.

Step 2: Proof review and approval
We prepare your artwork for printing, then send a proof showing placement and size for approval.

Step 3: Print and fulfillment
After approval, we complete the customization and ship with tracking details.

How Customization Works

Customization starts with picking the hard hat style and the performance rating you need for the job site. Then you submit your logo, review the proof for placement and size, and approve the layout before printing begins.

Customization charges and fees

Pricing follows a clear structure to support accurate ordering and consistent results. Costs depend on logo placement, print method, and quantity, and you review all details before approval.

No artwork fees
We review and prepare every logo for printing as part of the service. Minor updates needed for clean, consistent results are included, and we confirm any special requirements before approval.

Artwork requirements
For printing, vector logos provide the cleanest results. Many custom hard hat programs require EPS or AI files for production printing.

If you do not have vector art, send the best version you have. We will prepare it for print during the proof process.

Easy re-ordering
Re-orders follow the same approved layout used on prior orders so your team branding stays consistent. We keep placement details on file to support repeat orders with confidence.

Special requirements
Some orders include specific needs such as role labels, numbering, department identification, approved placement standards, or packaging instructions. Submit those details through the request form so they are documented before artwork approval.
